Description: Straw yellow colour, on the nose it offers fruity notes together with delicate floral scents. On the palate it is dry, moderately structured, characterised by sapidity and freshness which, together, make it particularly drinkable. Persistent finish.

Food pairing: With fish and vegetable starters, pasta and fish main dishes.

Vinification and maturation: Obtained from an accurate selection of the best grapes. Vinification in steel tanks and refining on the lees for 3 months at low temperature.
