Description: Rich straw yellow with mineral tones blending with floral and fruity scents of plum, wisteria and broom. On the palate it is balanced, characterised by a good structure supported by sapidity and by great freshness and a pleasant fruity character. Long finish recalling almond tones.

Food pairing: Suitable for various pairings, from fish starters to pasta dishes, to fish or white meat main dishes.

Vinification and maturation: Vinification in steel tanks. Refining in bottle for at least 2 months.
