Description: Medium concentrated ruby red, on the nose it recalls small red fruits. On the palate it is dry, quite warm, and shows drinkability and a pleasant fruity character. Balanced, harmonic, persistent.
Food pairing: It is suitable to be paired with cured meat and salami starters, pasta dishes with meat sauces and meat main dishes.
Vinification and maturation: Obtained from mainly Sangiovese grapes together with Alicante, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Colorino, Malvasia Nera. Vinification in steel tanks.
