Description: Straw yellow. Floral, vibrant, very pleasant nose. Enticing and fruity. On the palate it is dry, intense. Freshness and sapidity make it easily
and pleasantly drinkable. Long finish and good structure.

Food pairing: Great versatility in food pairing, from starters to fish and vegetable pasta dishes, as well as fish or white meat main dishes.

Vinification and maturation: Obtained from Trebbiano and Ansonica grapes,
and smaller quantities of Vermentino and Malvasia del Chianti, it is vinified in
steel tanks. Refining in bottle for at least 2 months.
